Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at shadesbysridurga.com. Every product is carefully quality checked before shipping to make sure you receive the best quality.

However, If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily help you with a refund or replacement under the following conditions.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date the item is delivered to your address. If more than 3 days have passed after delivery, the return request cannot be accepted.

Exchange & Replacement:
Once approved, all exchanges and replacements will be processed and delivered within 15 business days.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • The item delivered does not match the product you ordered.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shadesbysridurga@gmail.com with your order number, along with an unboxing video and clear images of the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

Once our team reviews and approves your request, the refund process will be initiated.

2.Refund Processing Time
• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited within 10–15 working days from the approval date.
• The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase

3.Refund Processing Time

  • The product is returned without notifying us in advance.
  • The item has been used, washed, or modified in any way.
  • Differences in color caused by screen settings or lighting conditions.
  • Items that are custom-made, stitched, or purchased during a sale.
  • Products that are returned without their original tags.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
  • Requests for refunds made after the allowed return period has expired.

3.Cancellation Policy

No cancellations allowed. For urgent orders, please contact the customer support team on WhatsApp before placing your booking, as all products follow a strict no cancellation policy.
