Thank you for shopping with Shades by Sridurga. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders placed on our website https://shadesbysridurga.com are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location.
Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
Within South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Remote delivery locations
- Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before completing the order.
We may also offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details to track your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times at the provided shipping address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing the order.
Shades by Sridurga will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and relevant images
We will review the issue and provide a resolution according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
- We will arrange a replacement at the earliest possible
- At Shades, every product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases of manual error, we are happy to offer an exchange or send a replacement product
- Most of our sarees are color-dyed and may exhibit slight color bleeding. We recommend dry cleaning only. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
- Customers are requested to ship the product back to our address, as reverse pickup is currently unavailable (we are working to introduce this service).
- We do not offer cash refunds; only exchanges are available.
- Items purchased during clearance sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or return.
